GETTING TO KNOW DR. GILBERT BETTER:
Dr. Gilbert is a “people person” and enjoys helping people. He says that he decided to be become a doctor mainly because his dad is also a doctor. You may be surprised to know that he has been a stock broker and also a singer in a rock band in a previous life.
His passion is providing breakthrough treatment to patients and the LIFE procedure offers patients a non-anesthetic approach to surgery that is far less invasive and is much easier to recover from. He says that the best special recognition he receives from the community or patients is when they say “Thanks for saving my life.” Dr. Gilbert’s philosophy involves treating his patients as if they were members of his own family.
