Orange Coast Urology offers several leading edge treatments, including the da Vinci Prostatectomy, which treats localized prostate cancer. The da Vinci process offers a minimally invasive option for prostatectomy with significantly less pain, shorter hospital stays, and a faster return to normal daily activities.

We also offer the breakthrough laser treatment for benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH) that quickly and gently removes blocking known as Laser Induced Flow Enhancement (LIFE^TM) procedure using the EVOLVE® Laser System in our office. Specializing in the treatment of prostate symptoms, Dr. Gilbert is a leader in the fiber optic LIFE^TM technique.

Our urologists are affiliated with Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach, California, which provides integrated cancer care including robotic laparoscopy for procedures such as radical prostatectomy. Dr. Yoshida is the Associate Medical Director of Urologic Oncology at the Hoag Cancer Center and leads the development of a multi-disciplinary prostate cancer program for urologic malignancies - prostate, kidney, bladder and testicular.
